What we collect
When you use the assessment we collect the contact details you provide (name, work email, company, title, optional phone) and your answers to assessment questions — including information about your business, current systems, and requirements. We also collect standard usage data (referrer, campaign parameters).
How we use it
We use your information to generate your assessment report, deliver it by email, and operate the service. If you opt in to marketing communications, we also use your assessment responses to send you relevant ERP selection content and offers— that's the trade for the free assessment, stated plainly. You can opt out of marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
Where it lives
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (database and hosting) and, for contact and assessment summary fields, in our CRM. We do not sell your data to third parties. Documents submitted for SOW review are purged within 90 days.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing bradyjjustice@gmail.com. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
